04Carrier ServicesCapacity between here and everywhere.Protected wavelengths, Ethernet transport and IP transit for national operators and international carriers, including east–west transit between China, Central Asia, Russia and the Caspian corridor.
05Data CentresSovereign compute, carrier-neutral.Tier III-design facilities placed directly on the backbone, with N+1 power, free-cooling tuned for a continental climate, and cross-connects to every carrier on the floor.
06Underground InfrastructureThe part nobody photographs.Route survey, trenchless crossings under rivers, railways and highways, HDPE duct systems and chambered access — built so it can be re-entered in 2050 without excavating a city.
07Network OperationsSomeone is always watching.Two geographically separated operations centres, continuous optical monitoring, and field crews positioned so that no span in the country is more than four hours from a splice trailer.
